Checked your site to get news of the end of the rally - glad to see you're well-organised with news and pics but sad that our faithful steed seems to have conked out so near the border - close watch of the rad would have kept it going a bit longer, I think!
Thanks for your help in Kaz. Great meeting you and hope our paths will cross again - possibly on another driving escapade!

wow it actually made it now that is a miracle well now just hope it makes it to the place your selling it to otherwise that is gunna be funny that it wont be able to do the extra miles

I wasn't with the Rangie when it was abandoned but I know we were running late to meet the lady on the Kyrgyzstan border so maybe that had some bearing on the desicion to leave it. Still at least it made it to Almaty, you'd have took that at the start.
